2.2.3. For projects involving personal data, possible risks during data processing (including collection, use, storage, sharing, deletion, etc.) shall be identified, and corresponding measures (including management, physical and technical measures) taken based on the level of risk; and
2.2.4. After DPIA is carried out, corresponding reports shall be produced and approved by the DPO.
2.3. Cham has implemented technical measures including intrusion detection, access control, encryption, data leakage prevention, anti-spam, endpoint security protection, vulnerability scanning, etc., and conducts penetration testing to verify the effectiveness of personal data protection measures.
2.4. Cham has established an emergency response mechanism for personal data leaks. Once a personal data leak occurs, Cham will immediately initiate emergency response procedures, strive to minimize the potential losses caused by personal data leaks, and ensure that affected individuals receive appropriate notifications.
2.5. Cham has established an ongoing employee privacy policy training mechanism to ensure that every employee involved in GDPR can accurately understand the legal principles of data protection based on their specific job responsibilities and strictly enforce applicable company policies and procedures.
2.6. To ensure compliance, Cham has implemented necessary personal data protection technology audits and process audits.
