Cham New Energy Wins "China Corporate Management Best Practice List - Digital Intelligence Innovation Benchmark" Award

On October 17, 2025, at the 15th China Management · Global Forum held in Qingdao, Shenzhen Cham New Energy Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Cham New Energy") successfully won the "China Corporate Management Best Practice List - Digital Intelligence Innovation Benchmark" award with its case of "Cham New Energy's Digital Intelligent Production Line Technology and Practice". This marks that the company's management practice in the field of digital and intelligent transformation has been recognized by industry authorities.

The "China Corporate Management Best Practice List" is a public welfare selection activity with great influence in China's management field, jointly initiated by the China Management Model 50+ Forum and Caijing Magazine. The selection undergoes multiple rounds of strict review, including preliminary review by a "100-expert panel" and on-site/online research review. Based on the SCENE evaluation model, it comprehensively considers five dimensions: management science, cultural ideology, practical effectiveness, pioneering innovation, and demonstration value, and finally selects practical cases with industry benchmark value. As the first lithium battery mass-production enterprise incubated by the Institute of Physics of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, Cham New Energy faced two major pain points before digital transformation. Firstly, there was a bottleneck in production efficiency. The traditional production line relied on manual inspection and experience-based adjustment, with a product yield rate of only 92% and an annual production capacity of 0.3 GWh per line, which was difficult to meet market demand. Secondly, quality traceability was difficult. The production of battery cells involved more than 200 process parameters, and traditional records could not accurately locate the source of defects. To address the above pain points, Cham New Energy has formed multi-dimensional core advantages through the construction of digital intelligent production lines, achieving breakthroughs through technological innovation and practical implementation.

This award is an important milestone in Cham New Energy's digital and intelligent transformation.
